We are living in 21th century but our tradition yet in 12th cntury. It has show in rural side of India. Yet our society not accept intercaste marrige,though boy or girl are suitable.Before some day I read the news that 'Victim of love'.In depthly I see the news & I shocked.Because the boy was in Dalit & the girl was upper caste.They were killed such as the worst manner that I can't say.Also the 'Khairlanji massacre' is the example of untouchability.Yet some village in India live in such condition that we can't imagine.In metropolitan city also found this thing.for example- suppose in some office the chief is lower class & the poen is upper class so the poen doesn't obey to senior what we say such a thing?
friend's you will agree or not but metal untuchability found in India in some context.Dr. Ambedkar make constitution & give reservation to such backward society.I thing that the purpose of that reservation is Equal, Social, Justice.Today's situation that the purpose vandering.This field to aware the people & time starting.So I think that here need some modernise thought's & feeling of co-ooperation to destroy such mental untouchability.I try, you support me ?

Caste system won't be erased until the day people realise that the only religion, the ony caste is humanity. And for that, we need humans in our society. Which, unfortunately, are minorities on this planet, not just in the country.
ReplyDeleteAnd yea, I agree reservation is needed to some extent but only on economic grounds. I see kids of millionaires takin away reserved seats, which could've helped a poor, capable boy study n learn. Besides, therez others who obtain fake caste certificates n such malpractices lol.

ReplyDeleteप्रिय सचिन, दुर्दैवाने अस्पृ्श्यतेची आणि जातीजातींमध्ये विभागल्याची मानसिकता आपल्या समाजात अद्याप कायम आहे. तू सांगितलेले खाप पंचायतीसारखी उदाहरणे आजही घडताना दिसतात. गावगाड्यातल्या जाती, रानोमाळ भटकणाऱ्यांच्या जाती आजही आपल्या शहरी समाजात कायम आहेत. ही लढाई प्रदीर्घ आहे. दमाची आहे. आरक्षण हा त्यासाठी बाबासाहेबांमुळे मिळालेला सामाजिक न्यायाकडे नेणारा एक आधार आहे. पण शिका, संघटित व्हा आणि संघर्ष करा, या बाबासाहेबांच्या शिकवणीतच उज्ज्वल भविष्याची हमी आहे. जातींचे निर्मूलन हा बाबासाहेबांचा लेख (पुस्तक) सर्वांनी आवर्जून वाचावे असे आहे. जाती सहजपणे नष्ट होणार नाहीत. पण त्या नष्ट करायला हव्यात. त्यासाठी आधी त्यामागची भेदाभेदाची मानसिकताही नष्ट करायला हवी. बाबासाहेबांना जयंतीच्या दिवशी अभिवादन करताना हाच सामाजिक एकात्मतेचा संदेश मनात रुजवुयात.
